You book a 20-minute strategy call whenever you’re ready for the next step. We’ll tackle exactly what you need, then you’ll go implement. Once you’ve done the work, you book the next call. Super simple.

My calendar is open three days per week for calls. The spots are first come first served - so the sooner you take action the sooner you can grab a spot. You can book calls as often as you need as long as you have finished your action steps from the previous call.

If none of those times work for you reach out and we will figure something out.

Do I have to use Zoom?

Nope! You can choose between Zoom or Voxer (voice messaging). Zoom is great for screen sharing while Voxer gives you flexibility to check in when it works for you. Pick what fits your workflow best!

If you choose Voxer for a scheduled call we will go back and forth until you have your action plan.

I know that sometimes you just need a quick gut check before taking action - which is why I’ve included Voxer access between calls. Whether you need quick feedback, or just want to run an idea by me, you’ll have access to my brain within 24 hours (usually sooner). These are not scheduled they are just for quick questions and thoughts.

I typically respond faster, sometimes even outside business hours but to keep expectations clear, I promise a 24-hour response during business hours.

What if I need extra support between calls?

That’s where Voxer comes in. You can send me quick messages if you hit a snag or need a gut check before your next step. Just keep in mind that full strategy deep dives happen on our scheduled calls.

What if I don’t see progress in 6 months?
